This builds on the initial concept stage, developing your garden into a clear, well resolved design where layout, materials and planting are considered together as a complete scheme.

This Includes:
- Site Visit and Assessment: A detailed on-site consultation to understand how you want to use your garden, followed by a full assessment of the space, including measurements, levels (where needed) and soil conditions.
- Concept & Layout Development: Developing initial ideas into a clear, practical design that shapes how the garden is used and brought together as a cohesive space.
- The Masterplan: A scaled, resolved layout that gives clear direction for pricing, planning and building the garden.
- Planting Design: A considered scheme that supports the overall structure of the garden and performs well overtime.
- Materials & Key Elements: Guidance on paving, features and finishes to ensure everything sits together cohesively.
- One round of revisions: Any additional changes are charged at our standard hourly rate.
Implantation & Project Support
Once the design is complete you are free to take it forward in the way that suits you best.
Many clients choose to:
- Appoint their own landscaper and manage the build independently
- Use the design as a clear guide for pricing and construction
If you prefer a more supported approach, we can remain involved during the build to help guide the process and ensure the design is carried through as intended.
This includes:
- Tender Management
- Liaising with contractors
- Advising on key decisions during the build
- Assisting with setting out and planting
Project involvement is subject a fee, typically between 10-15% of the overall build cost, depending on the level of involvement.
